Lucky Meter: 2 Stars
Recently suffered heavy losses in my soccer investments. Looks like my luck cycle has reached its peak & gg downhill le. NVM. I will be patient for my current run of bad luck to reach its end. This is one of my "famous" theories that I always preach to my friends --> Luck DOES have cycles too jus like those Economic Cycles (Recession, Economic Boom etc) & Dynasty Cycles (Rise & Fall of dynasties). My Luck Cycle works in the same way too. Haha. Thus, I will be refraining from my soccer investments for a couple of months ba.
Monday, 31st Jul 06 was my last day of my temp job @ APV Asia Pte Ltd. Learnt a lot of warehouse material storage and handling skills from the manager, supervisors and colleagues there. I can use pallet trucks & powered stackers to store pallets of cartons of items. FUN! The most funny part is that my colleagues dislike each other a lot. One is easy-going and can bend a bit of rules to get things done but is very careless. The other is "everything go by the book" ---> very very straight and BLUR. The supervisor, Ang is very experienced but he is very fed up with his "cannot make it" subordinates (OF COZ excludes me lor... keke). Ang everyday confirm will complain to me abt these two. He always says," See --> One is Blur King, One is Careless King." I always laughs when he complains to me. The manager revealed to me that the office politics is absurb here and he feels that he may have made a wrong choice in making the switch from his previous job. He's a nice guy.
Failed my pract 5 circuit test at my 1st attempt. But nvm, I will tried again & again till I passed!! Its all that zigzag slalom fault. have to go under 6 secs but I onli passed it in 7.27secs. I will overcome this stupid obstacle course ---> I SWEARED!! Cheers!
